We have chosen to implement Auto Pay for our payment processing to support the seamless functioning of our program and to ensure the consistency and reliability of our performances.
While Cash App Pay is useful for one-time transactions, it does not offer the same level of consistency, security, and administrative efficiency required for the ongoing needs of our program. We appreciate your understanding and support as we strive to provide the best possible experience for all participants. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out to us via email at info@kljmovement.org
Here at KLJ Movement, classes are paid monthly starting in September and concluding in May. Below is a breakdown of the cost for classes offered here at KLJ Movement.
The Company Scholar Parents have opportunities to support the cost of the program. Parents/Guardians can participate in various fundraising events to help elevate costs during certain months if finances are not always available. These opportunities can be found in our scholar program handbook, reviewed at our Mandatory Parent meeting.
*Families enrolling 2 scholars will get a 10% discount for class fee's.*
Surrounding studios payment is comparable by minute/session per student per month, ranging from $60 a month for 30 minutes to $110 for 60 minutes per student, per month.

KLJ Movement (KLJM) is known for providing performance opportunities to aspiring artists, dancers, and movement artists. Therefore, anyone looking to get involved must be enrolled in at least one technique class. Youth, starting at the age of 4 and up, are eligible to enroll in the training seasons as Company Scholars. Enrollment occurs throughout the summer months starting in June and closing in September (dates may vary). Enrollment forms are digital must be completed to secure registration. The season is in alignment with the academic calendar, beginning in September and concluding in June (including breaks). In the fall (September - December), scholars spend the weeks developing dance skills in ballet, modern, hip hop, African influenced movement, and performance skills. During the spring months (January - June) scholars learn routines to perform at their annual production titled, Summer Interlude. In every class, company scholars will learn from instructors that have had formal training in the styles.
Since KLJM is a performance based company, we have an adult performance company. The performance season is audition based only and auditions are held on a rolling basis. Auditioning participants must be 18 years old and older. Selected incoming Company members are asked to pledge 1 year commitment to the company. Company members develop skill sets as professional dancers, choreographers, instructors, and much more in fields of commercial dance or performing arts.
KLJ Movement strives to create an equitable space for all people; therefore, we are currently looking for funding that offers scholarships to those that may not be able to afford enrollment. Other updates about scholarship opportunities will be announced at a later date.
